Will The second slot for The stuka be opened and available in The future so that we could put another member there, so that The rear gunner can fire on enemy planes stalking you

There is actually a bug report about this, as they currently have their respective roles swapped around. Stuka pilots are given the ‘fighter pilot’ class whereas the Bf 109 pilots are given the ‘attacker pilot’ class.
Just give it time, it’ll be fixed.
