"String" type camo pattern for German vehicles

An ad-hoc crew applied camouflage, with the vast mojority of the camouflage being the dunkelgelb base.
I imagine it was quite popular, seeing as it required little resources, but I cannot be sure on that.

Yeah, more historical camos are always appreciated.

Also you can “somewhat” get a similar string effect with some camos when minimizing some patterns.
