I think it’s to tell soviet players that rallies exists. I could be wrong tho

why don’t use use the AVT 40 20 though?
Build-in rally point is well on par with other historical changes Fedorov Autorifle has gotten before.
All in accordance with fresh batch of secret documents dev just had.
I never use the Fedorov rifle, I think it totally sucks, so I pretty much only use the AVT 40-20, and use the AVS-36 when I need a backup weapon.
When I play soviets I play historically accurate: charge at Machine gun fire until I overwhelm enemy position
