I’m sure you’ve all encountered some stupid newbie who keeps calling bomber run for the entire game, giving the enemy free xp and locking the team’s artillery for two minutes.
Every time I see them doing this I can only send “stop calling bomber run” and beg them to “understand” and stop harming the team. This is beacuse in Enlisted, we don’t have a “commander” with the authority to dispatch limited team resources. So under such a structure, the game mechanism design should minimize the resource competition between players on the same team. Under this theme, it is the bomber run and the artillery should be independent.
This might be an unpopular opinion but I think they should make each category have its own timer, meaning yes HE, Rocket Barrage, Air Raid, Smoke, Supply Crate can all be called in simultaneously. Lot more explosions but it goes both ways and makes you have to maneuver the field a lot more carefully
to prevent them from being used at the same time, bombing does damage over a large area while artillery is a smaller area

Bombers are easy to shoot down, and most of the time I encountered them, they were “xp giveaway”
It also makes sense to give additional support to teams with radio squads
