I got five now, so, I figured I might as well use them all. I like the gun, just don’t like the time it takes to load it. I can almost cook a meal in the time it takes to reload.

I used this squad last night. The Mondragon has too much vertical recoil when you only have one soldier with vertical recoil perks maxed. 
If you break down the meaning of a semi-automatic rifle, semi-automatic means it can fire in bursts at intervals, and rifle means it fires rhythmically. Therefore, you can use this Mexican semi-automatic rifle as a semi-automatic sniper rifle without a scope.

I was originally going to make them all camo, but since pants and helmets cost less I usually change the pants and helmets first. I decided I liked the regular brown jackets with the camo pants and helmets, so I just left it as it was. I have some others that are the same, but green jacket with the greenish helmet and pants camo, and several squads that are total camo.

No, just 1,000 name change orders that I don’t use. BTW, I plan on swapping out the only rifleman for another engineer.

Post merge. I had all the pre merge legacy squads at one time, but, I was one of the few dumbasses who sold them for silver. If the Dev’s would ever give us the option of giving our radiomen an ammo bag, then I would change the rifleman to a radioman, which I had prior. However, I don’t see the dev’s giving us that option, so, I will instead just add another engineer.

did the same.
but with a lil more varietiy since i only have 2 of these rifles. i was tempted to buy it as it has some good worth, but ended up rather dissapointed with only 2 of the helmets.
… and i couldn’t care less for the profile. so i saved it up and prolly will spend them in camos or decals.
anyway… gave my mondragons to an actual volkssturm squads with the same uniforms as yours, only difference is the armbands and what not.
while it is somewhat of a mid weapon, it’s just what i like for my last ditch squads

I won two of the Mondragons, then just bought the rest, so I have five total now. I used to buy a lot of weapons off the BP store, and although limited to just four, four was usually enough to equip one squad, especially SMG’s since you are limited to four assautlers in the TT squads. I have five of the Mondragon’s, and four of the Pavesi SVT’s, which is better then the Mondragon, but the Mondragon I think is better then the G-41 and the Walther, which I have the premium squad, however, I am not a big fan of the Walther, so I use their back up weapons mostly, which are VG 1-5’s. Most of my semi auto’s I use in BR 3 Germany are VG 1-5’s. They are the closest thing you can get to an SMG (especially since they upped the ROF), and can carry far more ammo.
I made my German radio event squad as my Pavesi SVT squad. Their backup weapons are VG 1-5. I need the fifth Pavesi to complete it. However, the VG with an ammo bag carries significantly more ammo.

genuinely tho at BR3, in what world would u not use the Volksgewer? Less recoil etc
The recoil on the Mondragon to me at least makes it hard to play

Yeah, this is why the vast majority of my BR3 squads use the VG 1-5. I only have one squad of the Mondragon and one of the Pavesi, everything else is VG, and my radiomen use the G-41 as their backups. I wish the Dev’s would give us the choice of using an ammo bag with our radiomen because they would all be using VG’s. With the VG I play more like an SMG just shooting it as fast as I can, but I use the Mondragon and Pavesi I shoot it slower, and I almost always kneel when shooting to get less recoil. Every soldier also gets the max vertical recoil perk as well. I really only use the Mondragon and Pavesi in custom matches at the moment.
When I play actual games against people instead of custom matches, my BR 3 German lineup includes four machine gun squads, three assaulter squads, one medic squad, a flame thrower squad, one radio, a plane and an APC. I have twelve slots since I get premium. All my factions are machine gun heavy at BR3. I only use the Medic squad because I carry the Erma EMP 44 which can carry more ammo then most smg’s.

I gave my mondragon for volkssturm radioman. I didn’t use all of them because i want to use mostly bolt actions
I also got 1 drum mondragon from gambling box
