In the stalingrad campain why does the germans have no Assaulter until level 16 and the russians have the PPSh drum sub machinegun, fighting the best sub vs small handguns is just…it sucks

Stalingrad meta for allies is not PPSh it’s AVT. No reason to complain about PPSh since Germans have some many counters to it. Literally Kiraly is better than PPSh.

Not having proper automatics till lvl 16 is rough man. That mp 28 is garbage.
- KV1 spam can be obnoxiously hard to kill sometimes.

I don’t think so, when you meet KV1 and AVT,
I can even have 4 ppsh and 2 AVT in my strike team! I couldn’t find a Stormtrooper squad with more firepower outside of Berlin.

I’m not sure what’s changed since I played stalingrad but rather play that campaign instead of Moscow because at least the level 30 unlock doesn’t make me fight against the PPSH with a bretto M38 And only have a 20 round magazine.
That’s literally the worst level in Moscow when comparing the gear. It’s just a huge slap, LMAO.

really sucks if you go into a room and Bump into an assaulter squad armed with PPSH and they’re all looking at you and you only have a Beretta it’s not gonna end well.

The Beretta with a 20 round magazine is an absolute joke and should have been changed months ago. Accuracy does not help there either. That this has not happened shows only too clearly a certain mindset of some people. I sold the Beretta immediately and did not purchase any more of this shit. And 3 silver orders for this “super weapon” is probably completely out of line.

PPS 42 VS MP40 (Stalingrad lvl 16) is more balanced than PPD34/38 vs MP40 on moscow lvl 11
I’m fairly new to the game and have been playing Stalingrad mostly. The German Kar98 in the hands of good eye can be devastating. Sometimes even my most basic rifleman can make an assault squad look like an easy meal.
Keep your other soldiers back. Make sure you have a sidearm and don’t be afraid to bayonet charge, lol. I can’t tell you how many times i’ve wiped a squad in the time it takes to empty my Kar98 because you didn’t leave the rest of your squad in a safe spot.

Yeah but mp 28 is probably the worst submachinegun in the game and its vs ppd 34 which is decent.
Idk about u guys but i used the mp28 for a bit and it was so bad at killing people close range and mid that i was like nah let me just give my medics mostly bolt actions.
Dont even get me started on running into squads with ppshs when i had only 2 fully auto guns in total amongst my 4 squads.

Cant wait to get axis to 24 (currently almost 22) and ill do Allies to 14 for the kv1.
Once i get those Im done with Stalingrad. Ive been having some great scoring games but the maps and gear is not to my taste.

yea we cross path a few time and now im on lvl 23 back then i was lvl 19 so i have been grinding stalingrad non stop rn
