KEOFOX: This is a bad interface. The purple color just shows that you will get full access. You CAN make 4/4 or 5/5 star weapons.
For anyone who was going to play Stalingrad f2p, be advised: you can only upgrade soldiers to four star, fifth star is full access only. Weapons can only be upgrade to one star below their maximum!
Seems pretty unnecessary to lock things like that away

What they should have done is make the veteran rank and the tuning rank open to full access while the standard 5 stars and full weapon upgrade are free
the have NO REMORSE to get your money, and NO REGRET 
They are still better than Disney since Disney openly hates its audience

Meanwhile full acces users don’t have everything maxed. But they have acces to last stars while f2p don’t.
So yes it’s a bug… in translation. At least that’s how I see it so far.
