Squad slots that you have purchased should be cross campaign.

they should, but good luck with that, its just another monetisation play.
Agreed, especially considering the cost involved to begin with.
right now they are avaiable for both sides of the campaign you choose to play. that is already a good deal.
It’s still not available for both side, if you buy one? Jeez… 
At least they should appreciate that some invest money for extra squads, and based on this, they should make same slots for all the campaigns…
Probably not equipment, but at least the soldiers
Premium squads should permanantly be +1 slot even without premium account activated… but then how to motivate players to buy premium accounts !
