Hello i have daring suggestion about squad management and tactical customization. I Would love to see in game something similar to Darkest Dungeon game feature when u can manage your own base and when your squads return from battle they suffer health loss and some other physical and mental problems and u could treat them in your facilities and u have to switch them for reserve squads. I think it might be complicated for some ppl but i would really enjoy that. U could aso buy a stuff in your base and upgrade gear etc…

I think the game should focus on battles.
Also I’m afraid of the monetisation problems your idea may cause. (The Snail is always hungry.)

There is already game focused on battles, its called Battlefield and if i wanted something just about battles i would rather play Battlefield. I like this game because its different and i think it should progress in this ,different" and maybe original manner. DOnt know what you mean with monetisation. 
I maybe get it now u mean they would let u pay for speed up process etc? Yea but thats the thing of developers kind of. Its just a downside of free to play games. FTP games are always the most expensive ones…

I understand what you want but I dont know if it would be really good thing, you would be most of time annoyed because you cant use your soldiers, (maybe even whole squads) but in some way it might be good, something like negative perks for certen amount of time, if you were dying with that soldier a lot, you could get it. ( -20% stamina regeneration, -50% of melee damege etc.)
Those threathments would probably cost something, time, some new cards etc. so new pay to win mechanic (it is FTP game so it is ok but still).
With upgrading your gear, I think it would be another pay and get it mechanic, it would open brand new money making side of this game, skins, a lot of unhistoricaly true skins, whitch I dont like, it dont gives sence in this game because you have REAL squads whitch served in WW2, and they didnt had pink mossin.
And I think you can upgrade your gear, but it is just stats.
But thats my point that u cant use whole squads and u have new mechanics… U have to use another squads like u can have more soldiers in reserves and u can make more valid setups etc… Its just a matter how u can craft this feature to perfection, make it good and not frustrating.
