Make an Indicator in the leaderboards for what squad class your teammates are playing at the moment it would just be helpful for everyone.

Always start as an engineer and build a rally point.

Yes! Some way to tell what your teammates had spawned would be very useful, to see what is currently in game or not. For example - is there a Signal squad already for arty spam? Is there a flying squad up? is anyone already tanking?
I think it would be helpful.
