Spwaning at the beggining of the round

This has to stop.

So the game loads, I press spawn, game loads again but longer, I spawn in the middle of arty / enemy.

Add some kind of delay at the beggining of each match so players can join and load the game. I don’t care what will you place there, loading screen, adverts, a movie, just let me play normally.

Ps.
Sound in the videos is a little bit bugged, I don’t know why.

Personally i dont have this problem but it would be good if every one would start game same time.
Some times only half of enemy team has even spawned when first guys are already almost in cap zone.
