I do not understand why there is no splash damage when shooting infantry…I have to either kill them with MG fire from the tank or actually hit them with the HE shel…WTF
You have to use ammunition called “HE” for High Explosive.
The munition named “AP” for Armor Penetrating are design for tanks, they have little no to explosive inside.
And the bigger the caliber, the bigger the splash zone.
75mm HE ammunition make a big boom. But there is bigger. it can kill or injure every body in a 5m radius.
37mm HE got a very little radius about 1m.

On what tank though? Stuart, Panther what? as response said the higher the caliber the more explosive effect.

Most complaints about lack of splash damage come from new players using 20 or 37mm guns - which have poor splash because htey are SMALL SHELLS WITH VERY LITTLE HE CONTENT!
the Stuart 37mm in particular has less HE than a hand grenade!
If you go from 20/37mm to even 45mm you notice the improvement, and 75mm becomes godlike
