Spitfire LF MK.IX Incorrect IAS/Wing tolerance

Spitfire LF MK.IX rips it’s wings performing a basic maneuver at speeds around 550km/h, other fighters just don’t do that even at 600-650-750, i tried replicating it on g-6 or spitfire MKVc but it seems like only the event LF MK.IX AND ONLY IN OUR DEAREST GAME was affected.

Why is this the only plane pulling so much G’s to just snap the wing from a basic dive?
is it made of cardboard or what?
It’s borderline unusable now in a normal match

The same airframe in war thunder can exit 750 km/h dives at 10g and not fall apart
but in enlisted this piece of junk just turns to dust
Here’s the video of me approaching the target at 20% !!! Throttle still snapping it, you have to intentionally keep the speed on the level of biplanes just to not suffer instant snap

Yes, I can confirm that the wing tips will break for no reason when performing basic maneuvers in this Spitfire.

I wonder, is this also something they ported from War Thunder?

I don’t play War Thunder (anymore), however the wording of the suggestion implies that that that’s not the case.

However, I would too appreciate a clarification.

I would love to know who shamelessly votes ‘no’ to fix a bug, persumably because they dislike the aircraft (because it shouldn’t be BR II)… should have been a public poll.

And it is a bug - ripping your wings in a turn at 550 or below for any undamaged modern fighter is absurd.

I’ve also managed to do this feat with the plane at 450 as well.

Maybe it is.
Iirc the FW is bugged because it is bugged in War Thunder as well.

I’ve been told this, and yet the opposite at the same time.

@Myrm1don agrees with the latter, IIRC.

strange thing is.

i used extensively the mk IX when it came out.

but it didn’t used to randomly clip it’s wing.

Yeah, it just started happening after last update dropped, didn’t happen before.

Sad, it’s my favourite Allied plane, I use it extensively in my BR III Commonwealth line-up, because it’s a good British aircraft - and the only Spitfire in-game with a payload. It’s sad that I’m basically forced to play this rate-fighter as a lumbersome airframe, because pulling too many Gs at not-at-all unreasonable speeds will cripple it…

I know of no other aircraft in-game with this issue, and I never knew this to happen in War Thunder either, back when I was playing it.
