I have just finished a game in which I seen someone move faster than I have ever seen before ,he ran up the hill and I kept losing him in my scope couldn’t keep it on him he moved so fast there were two players doing this we lost so fast they were beating us back to our own positions it was the first time I’ve noticed this, was this the sort of cheating anyone else has noticed??

They could have invested perk points in increased run speed / stamina

They could also have been using a sword on top of that for the increased speed.

Could have been a dude, or an enemy bot. I have seen enemy bots run faster then an Olympic gold medal sprinter, then jump backwards into a window while shooting me from 100 plus meters away. 
My Soviet Chic Medics are fast. I see Gaijin wants me to detune them.

still " funny " to see an engineer with medic perks…
for whatever reason.
but yeah, back on topic, i can confirm the speed perks are indeed almost strangely fast.
especially with all the gear they tend to lag around.
though, fun to sprint around for a quick rally placement.

Yeah, it sucks there are only four of the Soviet lady medics, but they can fly when it comes to running. I rarely use them though.
sword + rifleman 2 (default run speed perk) and run speed.
