South American servers. The South Americans need to get a South server, as pinging American and European servers is terrible, with bullets taking a second to register with the enemy, while the enemy has little or no lag. Things like this are common to happen to players in South America where you shoot first, but the enemy has better ping so you die not because of skill or anything else, but just ping.
