This mod changes German announcer to BFV German (DE) localization announcer. Some voicelines are mismatched due to Enlisted and BFV aren’t exactly 1:1 match so I use close enough voice line. Also I didn’t change the Train escort mode announcer voicelines due to it not available on regular MM + BFV had no similar mode if I were to replace them, i have to use alternative voicelines.
Also, this mod is in 0.1. I tested it and it works fine but it requires more fine tuning regarding volume. If it’s too loud/too quiet, please leave a comment.
Update V2: Adjusted the volume and replace some repetitive voice line.

Looks promising!
Will test and give feedback.
I personally was planning to do this too since Getmans didn’t say “Charlie” or “Alpha”, but used Caesar and Anton instead and it has been annoying me since forever.
Now there’s Japan left with Alufa and Chali as well…

BFV had Japan as well, planning to do them next but probably I will do USSR first before doing US and then Japan. The thing is, BFV had localized announcer for many different language such as English, Italian, Brazillian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish European, Spanish Mexican, French, Japanese, and Polish.

Tested it.
Sounds good linguistically wise, but incredibly loud and over-distorted.
Did you change the volume?
I would keep it an vanilla level or make it quiter by 75%.

I used Sound Exchange to batch convert all BFV 295 voice line within like minutes. In the V1, I added +9 Db due to how low the vanilla sound is so in V2, I only add +6Db.

Alright, will test V2.
But why did you need the conversion?
Frosty exports wav files already.
Or you’re using another tool to export?
Mainly for volume, I tested the original wav files and it is so quiet that you can barely hear them when shits are happening.
Tested V2. Sounds good. The quality doesn’t feel distorted anymore.
However to my liking it’s still too loud – i.e. I can’t hear rally point beeping when the announcer is speaking.
Would prefer the announcer to just speak quietly in the background, maybe vanilla sound from BFV.
OK, I’ve added the vanilla sound volume as a complement. You’ll find it inside the “vanilla” folder.
