What do you think, if we suggest changing the current sounds of weapons and explosions in the game (for example, as it looks in another WW2 game “Hell Let Loose”), how likely is it that such a request will be ignored? It seems to me that in the game the sound of a shot from a weapon is too “dull”, and the sound of artillery shells exploding is not epic enough. This combination of factors deprives the game of the atmosphere of the WW2 era. This is purely my opinion. Some gun sounds definitely need changes because some of them sound like cheap toy guns. I absolutely HATE the sound of the Beretta SMG’s, the Fedorov 1912 rifle and the M1 Carbine. The M1 Carbine sounds like a cheap child BB or Pellet gun.

I’ve installed a couple different sound mods, but they end up reverting at some point. I just wish Gaijin would put some new permanant guns sounds in the game.
