Look, I get that as gamers, many of us have a tendency to call cheats everywhere. However, there are some things going on in this game that are a bit inexcusable.
First things first: I only play Lone Fighters and I heard sometimes there are bots on the game. That’s fine. Thing is, you need to name the bots properly so they don’t get mistaken for players. Because whenver said “things” are happening in game, it’s always someone with a “player-like” nickname. I am aware that bots do act a bit “cheaty” sometimes but it’s hard to tell them apart, unless you observe a really mechanical movement that gives away the bot.
With that being said, the situations that got me writing here were caused over and over again by the same players in different matches. I don’t think a moment or single move defines a cheater. Sometimes you get lucky. However, when someone repeats the same suspect behaviour over and over again, it gets a bit hard to just look away.
So please, do give some attention to possible cheaters playing this game. It’s a very well made game and I don’t want it to take the same road as other F2P titles that became “cheaters’ paradises”. There is some serious wallhacking and aimbotting going on inside Enlisted. Don’t let them ruin a game with such potential.
I do hope, however, that I am wrong and those players are just supernaturally good and legit or just really overzealous bots…

If you right click on a player on the scoreboard and it says complain they are a player. I’m yet to ever see any player do the same suspicious behavior multiple times to me, I don’t doubt that hacks exist but they are definitely very rare and I’m still yet to experience them (at least that I notice).

Good to know about the complain button identifying players.
As for the suspicious players, like I said, I really hope they are supernatural-level legit players. Because some of the things I’ve seen are definitely wallhack-worthy at the very least. And like I said, they weren’t a single occurence, but multiple over and over again.
In any case, it’s always good for developers to keep an eye out for cheaters. Especially in F2P games.
i said a while back there are esp cheaters.

In addition to the complain button, the devs stated in their last Q&A that there will be a replay system similar to what there is in WT. So in the future you will be able to replay a battle before complaining about some one.
The devs claim that they have the tools in house that will allow them replay any battle, they are just not user friendly enough to be used by players.
So use the complain button for now and hopefully the devs will have time to check it out, but in the future the players will have that ability as well …
I can confirm that there really is aimbot going on especially now that its getting more popular. Just played a match where an SVT user one shots all my squad in quick succession. I ran behind a wall and there it is, the the shots are hitting the wall where my head should be. It’s probably too far for him to tell that I was already behind a wall so he still shot 3 times while im moving behind the wall. All those shots would hit me in the head too. Proceeded to have 3000 more score in kills without vehicles in the round.
I would love an in-game replay that can replay footage and submit the said footage as evidence to make it much easier to report them.
There will always be those who will try to cheat or game the system … I guess to stroke their own ego’s …
This is another reason why Enlisted should not have leader boards … It only encourages cheaters to cheat so they can brag …
Hopefully the devs can keep the cheaters at bay long enough to have the game become established and in the future maybe we will have monthly or quarterly ban lists outing those who cheat …
How would you know the shots are hitting the other side of the wall where your head would be unless you were hacking yourself to see the impacts? All that you would know is that his shots hit the wall not that they were where your head is.
Uhh the flimsy wooden sheds? The shots are literally following my only character left alive with a semi auto rifle. Everyone else died on the way to the wooden wall. It’s fine if you don’t believe me, you will meet cheaters eventually as they start sniping your squad full auto with an smg, or semi-auto rilfe.
Strange not to notice. I meet to such weird kills every time I log in to the game. Every battle I am shot at least once in an impossible way. I’ve agree that this is mostly bots, although identifying them by changing their names to just “bots” would be much more intuitive than stopping yourself every time in game after every kill and checking them through the report feature.

Honestly, in my 50 hours in battels, I have never encountered a blatant cheater. I am sure there are some, as in most games. But I do not see this as a massive problem for enlisted as of now.
Never the less, more work being done with anti-cheat and preventing/banning cheaters is always a plus in my book.
