I recently had a perfect round, 4 deaths and about 110 kills and won, also i use premium account and only got 8000 xp? Did they reduce the xp?

You need have max dead for max exp,not 4.And long match
It was an invasion round, as a defender. You mean the more often i die the more xp i get?
Something like that, or the bigger your squads are.
Many say that a squad of fighters (9 soldiers) gets the most experience.

110 kills is about 3850 points if you did nothing else, that would be the correct ammount of xp.

I constanty defended the objective and even built ammo boxes and spawn points 
Fair then it does not add up
The less death the less base XP. (Actually longer single life duration cause that life’s score translate to XP less)
Try to play aggressive and more death, when not effecting team’s win chance.
