Someone help me with the PIAT, 15 rounds into the back of a tank from bunker and still didn’t kill the tank. I can take 1-3 explosive packs and destroy the tank and sometimes when i have a shot with the piat i do just that…take 2 shots and say screw it run up and throw the dyno pack… it honestly seems worthless…
Maybe its because of that Merkava has his engine on the front of the tank
Pretty sure it was the panzer 4
It still seems to take over 6 rounds min to destroy a tank in normandy.
the exhaust will absorb all the damage

Engine just absorb the damge its like module dmg if u played WOT
Do you have the same issue when aiming at the front or sometimes the side? Or was that a one time thing?

The engine asorb the damage is usless fire at him if you dont plan to make him explode and slowly burn the crew, with piat or bazooka or panzerfaust or panzerschrek you need aim at the turret and on the tank side

Lol, I meant I thought the guy was trolling me with the engine being in the front comment… Did not know the exhaust could absorb was that really a thing? And it just seems like no matter where I shoot the piat i do very little damage… with how strong tank armor is in the front it seems like it wouldnt do any damage anyway… I have shot in the front and sides, sometimes i do kill crew but im trying to destroy tanks to take them out not have the driver drive off repair turn around come back and kill more of my dudes. Appreciate the turret and side of tank info
You need to aim for the ammo. Go to each axis tank and press x-ray. It will show you the ammo racks and if you hit them, boom goes the tank.
