This thing is a caterpillar with a cannon, why the hell does it have a machine gunner in the crew?
thats not a machine gunner, he is a radio operator.
Radio operators usually had a machine gun as well to make themselves more useful hence why they have the incorrect designation of machine gunner when their main role is obviously radio operating.
