I play on xbox, and sometime when i spawn some soldier in my squad lack of this things even if they are equipped with it.
Is very very annoying.
Does it happen to anyone else or does it just happen to me?

you have to trow the handgranades, then the mines will appear again.

As the player above wrote, it can be bypassed by throwing a grenade.
About the flask not appearing, can you make a detailed report on the CBR with all the relevant information,(a video, how often it happens, etc…)

It’s a bug, reload your any one of your weapon and it will appear in your inventory.
It consistently happen with any squad that you spawn first when you join the match. It never happen to any squad after the first spawn.

I was about to do a post on the same topic. I don’t know if it’s a bug or what, but they should fix it, it’s very annoying.

Fire a shot from one of your weapons, reload, and then you should be able to select your mines. This bug has existed forever.

Damn, I’ve been playing this game for about 3 years and until a few months ago it never happened to me.
