This is from sovient in berlin
This is one of the squad have pps43 and it said there is no progess on it.
And the thing is same for as44-5
what is the logic for transfering upgrade levels of weapon?
I believe the answer is here, from the original post Third testing of the updated Enlisted!
DUPLICATE EQUIPMENT
- It is completely normal if you find several identical vehicles in the hangar - they could come from different campaigns or as a result of the changes in the research trees. This will help avoid situations where a newly received squad is left without a vehicle because another squad is already using it.
- Some weapons in the old Enlisted could be “0 star”. These weapons will be moved to a separate category and a “D” (Default) will be added to their name. In the hands of your soldiers they will remain accurate and deadly, but will not automatically unlock their research tree counterparts. However, if such a weapon is the main weapon of one of the squads, the corresponding weapon will be automatically unlocked in the research tree.
- Carcano M41 will be unlocked in your research tree if you have the “52nd Mixed Engineer Battalion” squad in Tunisia.
- Kar98k will be unlocked immediately with the “255th Infantry Regiment” squad in Moscow.
- Mosin M1938 carbine will be unlocked in your research tree if you have the “381st Engineer Battalion” squad in Moscow.
- As for the Kar98k Kriegsmodell, you’ll have to unlock this rifle in the research tree after the update.
- The P-38G-1 will have to be unlocked again - the unlockable version is now an attack aircraft. The old version of this plane that players still have is a different one, because it is still classified as a fighter.
- The SBD-3 Dauntless from the Pacific has become the SBD-3 Dauntless B23 in the US research tree. The SBD-3 Dauntless from Tunisia will remain a separate aircraft and won’t be unlockable after the merge, but players who unlocked it before merge will keep it.
As you can see - profile conversion is a very sensitive task and in case of controversial situations we will try our best to preserve all weapons and vehicles you have at that moment, and make the transition as smooth as possible.
But they promised that it will be unlocked when they first said about merger update

Your progress will also be transferred and unlocked content from different campaigns in the same country will be combined. Even incomplete progress will be transferred to the new tree-like progression system, so if you are at 45% of unlocking a new machine gun, you will continue from the same 45%. Already unlocked weapons and vehicles will remain unlocked in the updated Enlisted as well. If you have the same vehicles unlocked in several campaigns, these squads with vehicles will be preserved and can be used simultaneously.
