Some premiums, tanks need Binoc view

The new Flak 88 needs binoc view, it is not a front line vehicle it is meant to be used with binoculars. Same applies for KV2, whilst we are there binocs for M28, Pershing is a glass cannon, cant recall if M18 has them. (Irony is the crew already come with binocs?)

Oh lastly a reminder / request, SU85 TD needs to be dropped to BR3 / 4, we already have SU100, neither of them have MGs.

Yeah xD i have no clue why it has higher BR than T-34/85.

I remember SU-85 and Panther G going toe to toe in Berlin. They are definitely BR4 tanks.
