You can choose to hire purchase. EACH TICKET you purchase will randomly increase one perk point!
You dont have to gain Soldier’s XP to increase the rank.
Also I previously have 379 bronze soldier tickets, it gives me another 50 bronze tickets for compensate. My friend who has 80 got none compensate.
You CAN NOT “sell” soldiers for tickets!
Soldiers WILL NOT randomized its BASE perk points again in each new level.

Only so few orders per level ?
Lol I had 1200 and so orders yesterday. I ill easily upgrade all the remaining soldiers to level 5 at Prety much all squads.

I agree, it’s much better than I feared. As it is, its easy to pull 10 tickets in a single game, and now they’re even doubling the drop rate!
I’ve been playing since March and I only have a handful of lvl 5 soldiers because I hated the micromanagement required for the academy. Now I’ll be cranking out a few lvl5s per weekend without breaking a sweat

The best part, I don’t have to waste more time, gold or 2 level 4 soldiers just to get a random level 5 one. Finnaly!
Only sad thing is the loss of retraining points. It was easy to choose the perks you wanted before… Now it will be a chore.
