Please change the chances of getting a skill you are looking for. I used 25 retraining points to get my tank gunner the improved aiming ability after receiving damage and still did not get the perk! I had the option for 90% better gear shifting about eight times though… Can you decrease the chances of seeing a skill you have already been offered or something? It seems like you made it harder to grind with this new system, at least give us a chance to actually set-up our crews as we would like. Thanks!

Have you removed skills that utilize the same points pool? I found that this increases the chances of those big perks dropping.
Example -
If trying to get + 35% vitality then I make sure to have no vitality perks available.
Also I’ve noticed that if you have the capacity of other perks maxed out EG Green skills and Yellow are all occupied to the maximum number of utilization, then that further limits the pool so you can only get red.
It takes a bit of forward planning and luck still but it genuinely helps with trying to get the best perks.

Make sure that you have enough skil points - you can add the points of whichever skill you are changing to those you have available.
It can take a while because as far as I can tell every available skill has an equal chance of being selected - so if you have 14 or 15 or more skil points that means that pretty much every skill from that points pool (colour) that you haven’t selected will be available.
I took 5 selections to get the gunner perk for a 5-star today - but I had 30, and I have no need of any of them any more for that guy - he has all the skills I want.
