Actually when I want to micromanage my soldiers I have often shuffle squads just to get to the soldiers.
Can we have the same menu like for research where ALL squads can be accessed?
And the decision which squad I want to take into battle could be moved into another tab?
I have the feeling it would reduce point & click fest.
This, it get confusing when you have more squad unlock and trying to manage their personal or load out when I have to keep swapping different squads in and out
Well, I disagree, but everyone sees it different I think. What do others think? I am interested in opinions.

I was supporting your suggestion, pardon my English lol. I feel the current system making it unnecessarily complicated when you want to swap soldiers or their load out for any squad that isn’t in “active service”. Like I want to swap a rifleman from one of my reserve squad to active one, there are lots of clicking, especially with the minimum active personnel restriction
