So when do you want to fix the (Nation) balance problem?

sometimes i feel like all our suggestions are going drain

Actually, I’ve seen bigger wehrabs on this forum.
Tcat can sometimes give surprisingly good opinions on stuff.

He’s not one of those guys who cry for adding swastikas in Enlisted and put some Nazi genocide officer as their profile picture :joy:

Came across this video mention that Fedorov could be stripper clip fed, and as such I think it can be balanced with stripper clip reloads as well, and 6.5 arisaka wouldnt be super powerful, so a pretty solid 11-12 damage weapon.

sometimes? lol
And that thread shrek posted is pretty damn inappropiate, first time seeing that lol

That’s what you get. Learn to appreciate a compliment

Memes aside…

Things like Fedrov, Suomi and StG concern me a lot. Because of these weapons, I’m pushing weapon limitations so much

Suomi would have been a better premium gun than the MP41, imo. As then both sides get an essentially ā€œcaptured gunā€ in terms of performance (PPK being like MP40, Suomi being like PPD)

Fedorov and StG can be in between SMGs and LMGs

And that’s what made assault rifles the backbone of modern combat. Both Fedrov and StG saw fairly limited use and they shouldn’t be easily accessible to soldiers.
In Normandy,-removed- mortarman was armed with StG

I offered to level the playing field overall by penalizing both factions equally and they still threw a -removed- about how they would quit and that cosmetics would solve it instead, which isn’t a serious alternative by any standards.

They can’t be reasoned with and shouldn’t be acknowledged.

I’m not going to tolerate someone who -removed- over every thread they’re in and gets summoned by anyone saying ā€œgee there sure are a lot more German playersā€ without giving even a halfway realistic solution

I do agree playing both factions is essential for knowing the most out of the game and that’s the only issue I have with tcat.

He told me he mains Germany because he speaks German and understands the soldiers.
And as a military fan, I can understand that because Russian army might feel foreign to him.

Now, if he’s statement is true or not…is really not my concern, I don’t know the man so I won’t create any stereotypes around the forum

100% false

how can a subjective reason why not to play a nation be false, and how can you decide whether the reason he provides is the reason why I do not play Soviets?

I speak Dutch, English, German and a bit of French. I am a very sound-oriented player, preferring to play by ear above all else, especially as my eyesight isn’t 100% (at least, until my insurance gives me more allowance for another pair of glasses) good enough to pick out a soldier lying in the bushes 100m away. As such, I immediately respond to hearing Russian or Soviet guns ingame, as that == enemies nearby for me. And as such, I cannot play Soviets, without ruining my immersion

While yes, playing the nation is different from using their gear, I feel like I have picked up and used enough Soviet gear to have a solid understanding on how they play and I think that there is no reason to invalidate someone’s opinion just because they don’t play something

I think he muted you so arguing with him is pointless

it’s the principle, him saying I can’t be arguid with while being even worse himself.

While it is true my logic is different from most people and I sometimes use objective facts to disprove people’s subjective opinions, does not mean I am not entitled to play the way I want to.

I did not ask for it to be removed. Read the sentence again.
