So, what level in the Moscow campaign I have to be in order to play the Fw 189?

I just completed the four required tasks, but I cannot find the airplane anywhere. Can anyone help? Which squad do I need for it? I am level 4 in Moscow Campaign.

level 7, it goes with the Stuka squadron.
