So.... 212,000 players!

I’m willing to bet that’s a few more than most people thought were playing … certainly more than any number I’d have thought…??

But only 36,000 managed to get the 189 - so only a very small proportion playing seriously enough to complete even 4 tasks!!

25,000 swords (~2/3rds those who got the 189)
16,000 Rhino M5’s (~2/3 those who got a sword)
14,000 Soviet PPK-42 squads (~85% those who got a Rhino)

A fairly steady drop off from 1 to the next all the way to the top… or bottom… but if you played/persisted enough for a Rhino then a good liklihood you played enough for the squad.

200k unique players
sounds amazing !

its probably the 3rd time they stated how many unique players are playing the game.
45,000 players tested the first open alpha test in april 2020. (Results of the first open pre-alpha test of Enlisted - News - Enlisted)

47,950 players tested berlin in may 2020. (Results of the open test in Berlin - News - Enlisted)

game have atleast 5x more players now.

not bad i would say. for a week event they pulled 200k active soldiers its quite remarcable for a ww2 shooter game.

Yeah but hopw many played 1 or 2 games and will never be seen again… that’d be an interesting stat - no doubt the marketing section is poring over it all!

14K played enough to reach soviet squad - that’s really something!

my brother was one of them.

acording to him he didnt care much about the prices or the content, he just wants to play the game with a kar98k xD

thats indeed a strange “low” number since the time and the tasks to do so were quite easy to acchive.

Which is fair enough!

Huh, I thought the game had more players (what do I know, I’m still basically a newbie).

At least the number of active players is increasing, so that’s a good thing.

7% of the 200k were able to complete 8 basic tasks.

The IQ of the average player in this game is shockingly low.

Or, 7% of the 200k bothered putting in the time/effort.

I make this effort for the sword and because i have completed 5 task i do even the other wo remain

It’s pretty within my expectation to me.
It’s said that only 1/10 players are still playing after the peak OBT release. And active player is less than 10k. According to my guess and some statistic from the chat group.
They just dont want to be large. And even refuse to launch on steam.

acording to previous charts released on the news , there are 5x more players now.

acording to interviews the ceo of gaijin made about warthunder steam release, he wouldnt do it if was today.

quote :

" As a platform for online games, Steam has several long-time unresolved issues and very small added value (things like CDN, “cloud saves” and “forums” are obviously not applicable to online games, they usually already have all of these anyway).

To name a few: currently, it is an overcrowded store with very small visibility, a complete inability to track leads (and so the inability to use performance marketing), lack of AB tests and general options to customize game pages.

Although we do have War Thunder launched on Steam, that launch was done a long time ago, when Steam actually exposed games to a broad audience. In Steam’s current state, we wouldn’t have launched this game on Steam at all (regardless of the appearance of EGS) . Most users that we have there, we brought there ourselves, and Steam just gets it’s (rather big) commission benefiting from our efforts."

you must read more mate.

how can you do a statistic, without data? . “i dont see no cats in my streat, so there are no cats in portugal.” ?

we cant do a statistic without data.
we cant judge “oh my queue times takes 20 seconds more so there are no player” without knowing how many servers are full at any given time
we cant know without official data how many players jump into a game - some play 1 h, others play all day long.
we cant never know if the game is a sucess or not without data!

Actually, I have heard some internal source, but to protect it, so I have to use a very vague statement. Take it if you think that’s right. Also I am 3 admins of hundreds members chat group.
Also, this game do has some interface that’s steam related.

cool, but i wont take you serious.

also, you didnt need to deleat the part you said “only a few digit number of players bought something with gold”
we can notice premium squads and weapons visible in most if not all matches we play.

We players should NOT be glad about that though.

That means, in all likelihood, next event(s) is(are) gonna be harder.

agree and disagree.

we shouldnt be glad we spend money on games just because
but we should be “glad” if that means we are suporting the game/devs so we can all play it.

that was more since he did type something around that lines, and removed it as soon as he posted it…
