Interesting guns, the T-3 sounds more compelling since it has a larger barrel than the standart M1 carbine. I’d like to see them as event weapons, you should really submit this to suggestions.

The T3, M3 both added hard points to the m1 reciever one jus then added a bar. the m1 is a hard gun to add optics to ass unlike the 1903 and garand it was not designed for them, the long barrel is the only prototype i could find but they tested many modifications to improve the m1 as a sniper platform, infrared optics were just the most useful that got the lions share of attention. i just did not add one because i already suggested the m1e1 which is just a short barrel m1 with a scope
