SKS-30 reloads with its fired magazine, instead of a new one

I’ve fired 5 rounds, but the new magazine loading still has only 5 rounds

And if I fired all 10 rounds, the soldier will reload an empty magazine.

It seems the development team’s technical prowess is still stuck in the Far Cry 3 era.（Do you play any miHoYo games?）
