Without a proper way to coordinate xor communicate inside the team it will be just a single player game with annoying moroons breaking all your plans.
No, flashing text chat and hidden voip isnt a working way to coordinate horde of strangers with own different bugs in their heads.

i think voip needs to be more appearant, party members need to be highlighted in a diffrent color than normal teammates and actions that are more supportive (such as sniping, engineer fortifications, MG suppresive fire, etc) should be rewarded more.
Yes, this game dosent even include a voip and teamchat channel. Lacks huge amounts of things compared to similar games.
BTW, sometimes, it is single player match, yes I notice in one match all other players names are bots.
Since theres supposed to be SBMM, I’d assume it’d be more common at the higher levels of the playerbase. Or in a larger map where you have to coordinate taking objectives km away from each other. The current gameplay doesnt require VOIP to do anything

you want to encourage teamplay, give more score eg. for teammate hilling, kill assist and les for lone wolf action.

well, it doesn’t actually hurt you if you would check what’s in and what’s not.
surely the devs could advertise it better. but still, you are there as enlisted tester to test things. not to play hide and seek or complain about how people play.

well, it’s an alpha. score does not matter at the moment if not for xp to test things over the campaing rewards, and devs have no fault about it. i do agree that xp from team actions should be added, but yet again, it’s an alpha. and every free to play game has such playerbase. you shouldn’t be sourprised.
I’d advocate for an improvement of VOIP as I couldnt get it to work, neither could some other people I played with.
Rewarding teamplay is actually really difficult, as how do you define what is teamplay?
I mean healing teammates could be something but it would be very difficult as there’s no way to keep track of teammate’s health and with combat all around you, i’d think that killing a bunch of enemies would probably reward more XP either way. You’d risk getting exploits where some find a way to damage themselves toghetter with an accomplice, and they just sit in a corner of the map healing each other, suiciding, repeating, for fast XP farm.
