I know most likely there will be transport trucks, but tanks should also be able to mount soldiers, and allow them to fire from that position.

well, don’t get me wrong, it’s cool as idea…
but i don’t know about you, tanks are big target. i wouldn’t sit on them just to get blowed up or end up being a cover for the tank.
otherwise, you can jump on a tank and use it as a " transport " ^^

In soviet Russia tanks don´t cover you because in soviet Russia you cover tanks comrade.

I do agree, if gaijin does give us full large maps that are mutiple KM big.
but you can already stand on a tank and effectively ride it unsure if that was intentional but i dont see why they wont make it seatable.
