i unlocked the FP-5 in the last silver chest event. if buy the vehicle for gold now that i own it do i get a duplicate squad or does gajin just take my money and laugh at me in russian?

No the premium FP-5 Hellcat is part of its own premium sqaud. So if you but it you will have two FP-5’s in different sqauds.
