Currently, Event weapons, Battlepass weapons (2 different categories), and Event Decals and Decorators have no limit to the number of items you can obtain from the Veterans Boxes. This leads to abuse of the system, most notably the example of the Chinese players running around with entire riflemen squads armed with dual-wielding RMN-50s, auto pistols, swords, and body armor. While Gaijin dealt with the offenders in the latest Outlisted purge, that just put a bandaid on the problem and not dealing with the problem iteself.
I propose that all primary weapons have a maximum of 8 that can be obtained from the Veterans Boxes and 10 for pistols, swords, decorators and decals. If a player has more than this in their inventory, then fine, however the box simply will not produce more. That is not to say the player cannot obtain more in regular events.
By limiting these, it will help with the ever-increasing boatness of the Veterans Boxes, where the chances of getting something you actually want are getting harder and harder. This will increase the chances of lesser owned items to be earned. We already do this with Nicknames, Soldiers, Portraits, and Vehicles.
So basically this entire suggestion hinges off the fact the devs chose to make their outlisting public about the people who abused a bug to get mass silver and then hit the box.
They already banned those players and if they missed some that’s that problem.
Why choose to hinder other players… ok cool you lose access to one weapon in there but what if it’s something i like? So because i got 4 german swords i cant get a fifth? Why? Because some dude abused a bug? We already got the boosters limited… surely you’d want to further the unnecessary punishment.
You frame this as preventing 9 stacks of rmn so you can get the weapons you want but what if the weapon i want is limited then there’s no more so theoretically what if all the weapons i wanted were limited now what reason to spin the box do i have… none.
Removing the reason the box was introduced at all which was to act as silver sink for vets.
Just eliminate the damn mystery box and let us have our BP store back. It’s a joke to spend all that time and waste all that silver on a mystery box when more likely then not you won’t get what you want anyway. There are several weapons I want, but I’m not gonna waste time and silver when my odds of being struck by lightning are greater then getting anything I want with the damn mystery box. Gaijin should just let us buy them or use gold orders to get them like WE USED TO!

What was the limit for gold order weapons again? 4 per campaign? Yeah - let me say it 100 times more, the old BP shop system was better and never should have been abandoned.

We never had this issue when we had the GO store as weapons were capped at 4…the boxes are WAY too diluted now…decals should be capped, weapons too and most removed…it should mainly be for squads and vehicles and throw in camos for them and bring back the store.

I honestly think that while it’s not currently better, current system has potential to be better. What I would like is if they do a pity reward squad every 150 rolls, and each update have a different item pool so you can choose which box to rlly focus on with investing for.
I will say also some weapons should be rebalanced also. Thompson 30 cal should be put br 4 with a dispersion buff for example
Yup, four unless it was pistols then you got six I believe, and I bought lots of BP weapons in the day. 
The real only way I get a BP weapon I want now is if it is offered as an Event weapon, then you’re spoon fed one or two, and that’s it. Unless your lucky enough to get it in the mystery box after spending a few million in silver.
