Since Japan is in desperate need of event squads, and they DID do experimental testing for surpressing a Type 100 SMG, it would be great if they could make one. There are already event BR2 surpressed squads in game from events with the MP40and Sten MK II…this would be equivalent to the addition of Assault Engineers for the Allieds and Japanese giving them to all factions. I know the Soviets wouldn’t have one…but they have unrestricted body armour for all so, oh well.
This would give Japan an event squad and would be fun for them…they could even give them field made gilly suits to spice up the Japanese uniform selection.
- I would like to see this squad added.
- I don’t want anything added to the already pitiful Japanese lineup.

That would depend if Japan actually produced a silencer
They did make suppression for the trials but never made them for service because of the time and cost.

I really doubt he has however its really possible they had since Shin Chūō Kōgyō K.K… after the war produced their own native suppressors:
If the soviets can get Cold War Jet I don’t see the problem Japan having suppressed variant of the Carl Gustaf m/45. It will fit perfectly from a gameplay perspective and technically its a world war 2 weapon. Since I really doubt they can find pictures of WW 2 suppressors the only Japanese suppressed weapon from the war that has pictures is the Type 96 LMG that probably had maxim silencers for the movie.
