I am thinking in another rifle/lmg squad filler for event, with a standar TT gun (or any special who you can say here) with unique outfit and mele weapon the Kirpan knife who should have NKVD speed factor, when you unlock this squad you can purchase with gold or orders the customization (body,clothes,etc.), it should be a bit more expensive than usual for make it be fair but you can unlock it by both of them, now I do a bit some history about Sick in ww2 you can read it here
