The most powerful HE shell plus a fast gun reload—definitely BR3. And it will be at BR3, no matter what you ask for.
But no armor + open top. it can be taken out easily by planes and soldiers. Once again, you nerds fail to put forth a proper argument as you intentionally exclude important details to make your arguement seem “valid”.

that’s why the reload is so fast and that’s why it’s BR3.
Seems interesting to argue so aggressively when you don’t have it.
The first game I spawned it, I Drove about 10m from spawn and randomly shot toward direction of enemy spawn. Refilled a few times (driving almost no distance). By the end of the defensive match (it was very short), I had ~80 kills but had never seen an enemy. I led in kills.
I killed enemies at absurd distances from where then cannon was pointed.
It was skill-free.
I’m sure it can be played in a more skillful way but, I’m sorry, this is just not a BR2 tank in my opinion. Other tanks can do similar things but at lower power / less impact. Most of the justifications people lay out actually lead to the conclusion that it would be NO different in BR3.
(except it’s actually harder to kill with bazookas than AT rifles).

On the flipside, In the same way “most” justifications are based “purely” on its “offensive potential”. Apply that To Any BR 5 tanks and it would be NO different in BR 1.
Refering to that “performance score” spreadsheet above that doesnt factor in any downsides (which I find slightly amusing because the spreadsheet next to it for weapons at least has “some” negative factors in its calculations)

Every time I mention that Meteor should be nerfed there’s almost always a dude that says that its is balanced and giving excuses ranging from ‘but you can just build an AA gun’ to ‘But american pilots are bad’. Both on forums and reddit. People wanted the event spitfire to have a bomb (I mean - sure) but they also didn’t mention that with a bomb it becomes one of the best prop planes in the entire game, while still being BR2. ‘SLIGHT’ oversight on their end
Its area coverage of shrapnel with distinct abosolute kill, down chance and wounding zones. Its a vaccum - but still shows potential area of obliteration for the tanks. While of course shelling 2x2 room with either Pz3M or SIG won’t have much difference - the overall power of HE is still encapsulated within

Regardless of subject theres always those high IQ inviduals, we got one in this thread offering a solution to kill KV with AT rifle.
If it was up to me id remove all cas abilities from jets and make them pure interceptors, hopefully reducing theyr numbers greatly.
Jets imo regardless of faction was completely un-necessary addition.
Did play my sig more than couple times and arguably the only map I where I got to use the full power of those shells was quarry, specifically the mid cap points that are conveniently in bowl like canyon and the defenders task was to run to cap downhill.
Didnt really have anywhere near similar success in other maps, im sure theres other maps too where the sigs power can be really devastating but none came across on my sig try out session.

Perhaps I stopped reading after euthy announced it was getting a bomb. But i do remember at least the first 3-4 comments directly after (including mine) were along the lines of "yay for bomb!, but br 2? Seriously?
But yeah meteor has it way too good. F 80 aswell
