After the hardcore implementation, there is no cooldown timer anywhere. There should at least be one on the manual map screen, where all other important information is.

Do you genuinely believe that the most efficient improvement to the issue is having players spamming 7 for ~50 seconds, or taking time to go AFK in-game to set a timer IRL? Your proposed solution doesn’t help new players who have never used artillery squads to know how to use it or when it’s ready either.
It’s extremely easy to just add a timer to the manual map menu, where they put all of the other important information that was removed from the original HUD.
