As the title says I’m just wondering if I should keep the sandbags or replace them with Soviet equipment all over the tank.

Sandbags don’t look particularly good imo

Keep sandbags if you already payed for them.
You can try different decorations on other tanks.

I always put sandbags on my tanks because It’s what crews often did IRL.
But I think the sandbags look good.

Sure,
So there’s a trick to it as you can’t increase the size of objects past a certain point…
Unless you do this: Select any symbol on the biggest plane you have, then make the symbol as big as possible on the plane (just in the editor, you don’t need to buy anything). Then go back to the tank, and select the symbol for the white number one, and place it on the side, then do the exact same for the red one symbol and the white one symbol again.
And then you should be able to replicate it. You can do it for other tanks, for instance i’ve done it for my crusader and churchil:
Now you too can have the English landship designation on your tank! Hopefully I was clear enough with my instructions

i think the sandbags looks good as you placed them 
a really nice touch.
too bad if your premium expires, the sandbags ( or decorations ) in the last spot will disappear 
( something you might wanna consider )

Also the sandbags are cool on tanks, I got a weakspot for tanks covered with sandbags.
