Well is possbile, currently the volokamask region map is almost empty outiside the location for the mission of the campaign, all depends on how much developers want expand th region map

a) there is no actual proof that some recon units allegedly made it to the outskirts of Khimki
b) Khimki was basically a village, not even part of Moscow

Good idea, since the German commander can see the roof of the Kremlin through a telescope, the game can launch a map for the German army to attack. The last occupied point on the invasion mode map of the Soviet defense is outside the Kremlin Square.
