Some sort of ship involvement? This is a vague idea spawning from the thought of wanting to see the air/land/sea combo in enlisted just food for thought suggestions???

Quite hard to implement, and probably even harder to balance, but I think possible. I mean, didn’t the Soviets use their river gunboats during the Stalingrad battle?

we have playable boats in Tunisia
so maybe we can drive playable boats to cross Volga river in Stalingrad
ask developers about this - personaly i like this idea

maybe we could get ships as a detail in maps like d-day and once a artillery is called by their allies they would open fire
There are some in the Seelow heights train escort, they are around the bridge.

they would probably add amtracks or amtanks
We already have “war” ships. Those fishing motorboats are so technologically advanced they even come with a magic “honking” device, designed to instill fear in the hearts of those you’re about to raid… err… assault.

I think it would be amazing if they add some ship battle wars maps on campaings like Normandy or Tunisia.
It would be a team on 1 or 2 batleshipps vs another team, every player can manage a turret, AA machine, miniturrets or playing with some planes. That would complete this awesome WW2 war game and it would be epic too…
Making it a camnpaing or a campaign map, not an event.

US normandy D-Day costal artillery would be fun. Or that they spawn in driving boats with MG gunners. First wave doesnt drain tickets. But might be totally inbalanced.
Maybe small boats with guns will be added in a pacific campaign. Or on a small lake in tunesia. Joke on this one

Well,it would be nice too, if you have a first cinematic on normandy, but i’m talking about 2-4 large battleships, with players repairing it or shooting with turrets or with AA. Just like war thunder. Also, if all yhe positions are ocupated by a player, other ones can attack with planes.
Ok but how would you integrate the main core of the game: Infantry?

War has got a lot of branches, in this case, there wouldn’t be a completely infantry mode,
but just imagine you running in the tight corridors of a battleship, going to repair the turret while your team is shooting, imagine defending the ship from some planes coming to yopu or shooting the enemy team full of players with some cannons, or going on the way to bomb a big battleship
come on it would be epic
I absolutely love your idea, dont get me wrong. But if it has to be implemented in Enlisted, ships must support infantry and not vice versa.
