Shame on you!

No discussion needed - the post asked a question - I gave my answer - I would not enjoy having the full range of weapons for all of WW2 available in a single campaign.

I agree

the RBS rockets are actually a APHE shell - a hardened head that kinetically penetrates armour and a HE charge designed to explode after penetration.

the RS rocket would be the opposite - almost no penetration but much better HE content - bit of a shame you can’t choose which to load (yet)

Can’t find a cross section of the 82mm one but the 132mm one has the classic Soviet “blunt” penetrator nose -

Except the German rockets only need a ~30m proximity “guess” to kill people

Just rocketed the center of the beach without any preamble and got 20 kills
Meanwhile getting direct hits on vehicles with the Bazooka rockets yielded a hit))
Though I’m getting fucked by them as Krauts here and there

However, nerfing something without actually fixing its core mechanic is equal to effectively killing it.
Sure, I agree that this shouldn´t be a thing, but at the same time we need to give pilots something they can work with… their own damn eyes (so they can do what literally everyone else in FPS game can… AIM on their targets) for example.
Making planes completely useless is so called “bandage solution” that pretty much treats single symptom, not the illness. Such approach is… of course… very shortsighted to say at least and will only lead to total elimination of aircraft viability in Enlisted.

I think I explained it better and with less salt here (yes, with current situation, I´m not going to let that thread rest in peace):

Yeah the 21cm rocket the Germans had is a HE weapon - actually designed to kill bombers and with a 10kg (22-23lb) HE filing it had a 30m lethal diameter against aircraft - it is a monster!

By comparison the RS-82 rocket (which the Soviets are NOT using yet AFAIK) only has 360 grams of HE filling! the later RS-132 had 900 gm HE filling

The thing is
German pilots don’t have to actually see anything to actually get many kills.

I wish TrackIR 5 was supported…

You can call it a necessary tradeoff… Nerfing problematic rockets while allowing planes to be actually useful.
As I also said (in the same post), doing only one thing without the other will be pointless.

i disagree.
as m1 and g43s user, they are both somewhat similar, the only differences are the damage and hitpower over distance. the g43 excell. i’m not sure what it’s based on, but realistically talking, the g43 it’s a semi auto k98 ( to be honest, the only thing in common, are the bullets. the 7.92 )
but same it goes with for the m1 garand compared to the springfield.

so i believe that they nerfed their semi auto to increase their smgs.

if not, i can’t understand nor explain.

auto 5 are…
nightmares.

they really are good even if not upgraded. which it’s ok, as they are supposed to be just like in real life. exept the others weapons aren’t.

i do have the pzIV…

but i prefer using the PZ III.

i guess habits. ( better armor than the pz IV if i have to be honest )
but i’m glad we have it.

Nope, again you say stuff and you never play them
It takes me 2-3 shots to kill an enemy in short quarters. If I slightly miss, damage is even worse so Auto 5 feels like M1 Garand that can only be used on short quarters

I have a video to prove, Im uploading it on YT right now

well, unlike what someone said in rude manners,

the reason why that’s not an option, is because the main point, is that it wouln’t be fair. newer people that would like to try the campaign would face absolute units already maxed out and full of weapons that they wouldn’t understand nor know. on a gameplay perspective, it creates alot of confusion. and it wouldn’t be a fair fight. nor that the current system it is to be honest. while it is truee that for the german army, they stationed a couple of divisions and regiments that got transfered to the easter front, to the western and vice vers. but they ALLY wouldn’t have anything to transfer.

so, it’s a bit painfull to grind all over again for each campaign, but it’s a sacrfice that we all have to agree with for everyone’s good.

don’t make me hate you. please.

maybe the real reason that you don’t find it usefull it’s because it works diffrently from a tobz?. never thought about that?

rifles should 1 shot people, and sometimes it doesn’t.
game mechanics perhaps?

looool
We’ll see after I send the vid

that’s unconsistent. you see, the problem is, might happens a few times to you, and never from me.

can’t really blain you for having a different experience.

but from what i have seen so far, the majority of the time those are good.

if you are unlucky that your shotgun failed you. i don’t know what to tell you. make a thread about it:

" make the auto 5 more consistent "

I will

… that goes for half of the russian and german weapon as well to be honest.

but yeah, good luck.

question,
does the lucky lad wear a gourget?

if yes, vitaly perk will laugh at you. if not, than it’s unconsistent.

because i had a similar engange when i found out that the guy i was shooting at, had vitality perk.

just a hint.
