Currently Jeeps and Bikes share the same squad lineup slots with a max of two plus one in the special event/premium slot with a max of 12 squad slots. Currently Jeeps are objectively better than bikes and seeing as they compete for the same squad slots it gives little reason to run a bike. Having their own squad categorization and separate slots would be a buff for both jeeps and bikes both of which are fairly weak squads.
- yes separate slots for bikes and jeeps.
- no have them share the same slots.
Thanks for reading and voting.

We don’t need fifty categories in enlisted
I get it it’s just so you can run bikes and jeeps because you only get two slots which is a bit stingy IMO.

ITS TO PREVENT PEOPLE FOM FLOODING THE GAME WITH VEHICLES
WE HAVE TANKS, FIGHTERS, ATTACKERS, APCS, BIKES
we dont need people dropping infantry, if people want to play a vehicle they can play world of tanks, warthunder or any number of other game
combine arms vehicles, enlisted. battlefield, hll, arma.

I hear you, But for customs they could remove the limitation because if it isn’t harming other peoples games why should we be limited to only two? From a fun perspective if I’m not playing squads then it doesn’t really matter what I bring. For sure bringing jeeps in a real match isn’t always helpful but even then I use them to set up sneaky flank rally’s and that helps. When you try to use bikes or Jeeps to fight is where it goes wrong IMO kinda like sitting around with mortars or snipers. Perhaps it would be better to suggest this for customs only? but I do think two is a bit stiff three would be better but such as it is I guess.
you should add that, is customs they can add zombies if they want. just like people adding solo back to the main menu i dont want people cluttering the main game.

I’ll probably do that later…
if its for customs i would have to agree to that

Thanks for your post, I agree.
Especially if youve grinded motorcycles (which is a GRIND) and then you get jeeps you may want to keep both.
I understand stopping people from having multiple tanks and so forth but I dont see the issue with multiple vehicles.
WWII was a mechanised war, I personally would have all or most squads in some form mechanised like regular trucks or halftracks to carry various infantry squads, ambulances for medics, specialist trucks for engineers that replenish their supplies etc.
People still play as infantry, its an FPS after all.
Indeed my own squadmate has this weird attitude that he cant separate a vehicle from infantry in his mind.
Japanese tanks SUCK so I gave him an APC (Izuzu truck) and he cant seem to get through his head that if he doesnt like the truck itself you just press F and use the soldiers same as normal. Or indeed untick the ‘spawn with vehicle’ box.

If the squads were better and more powerful then I could see more people agreeing to this suggestion. Currently bike squads are perceived as team grieving which depends entirely on how and when you use them but it does have some truth to it. IMO getting two bikes so theirs a 6 man squad would help and putting some extra soldiers in jeep squads would greatly help remedy the issue as it would give the squads more substance and fighting power. Currently it’s very easy to get squad wiped (thanks to the small squad) while in a jeep or bike which encourages more passive gameplay which is more than often bad. With some overall buffs to jeeps and bikes (mainly more manpower) I know they would be a lot more playable, in which case it’s likely more people might want these as a alternative to a para squad thus more squad slots. Thanks for your perspective.

bikes and jeeps carry different supplies have different squad makeups the amount of jeeps /bikes left on the map isn’t much an issue both sides can use em no vehicle gets stuck on a bike

True. I wish we could use civilian cars. Stalingrad randomly had a Gaz (forget exact name but its basically a Ford Model Y copy).
The new Sword beach map for example has reasonably intact Opel Olympia cars, while Burma has I think they are Morris Oxford saloon cars either way would be fun to drive them (armies often commandeered or requisitioned civilian transport, I know the Germans especially were known to use captured French trucks and similar)
War Thunder has some great models for a Renault truck and Parisian bus, also a Peugeot.

Put the .50 cal and Bazooka willys in the special squad slots bam 3 off-roader squads people can cry all they want about vehicles in a combined arms game but my counter argument to them will aways be go play CoD if “YOU” don’t want vehicles in your shooter this game is not for them if they can’t handle “COMBINED ARMS” gameplay or go make a custom no one will join because they cut out most of the sandbox.

Had to ask Quadro how he had three jeeps in a lineup, yeah the premium/event slot is handy. Combined arms is fun people who want only infantry kinda miss the point of enlisted and probably miss out on a Lotta fun too. I can’t fly planes very well and I’m no tank expert but I appreciate how they add to the game and I use them from time to time. That being said usually you need boots on the point but now you can have your “wheels of steel” on the point too which is fun.
