As we all know, at present, the Soviet Union, the United States and Japan have Universal Carriers, but Germany does not, which is obviously unfair. We hope to add Universal Carriers to Germany in the next event,I have attached some Universal Carriers seized by Germany

The problem now however is that they would have more apc squads then other nations… technically an imbalance which is definitely not allowed for germany

And yet the soviets are allow body armor, paratroopers with changeable weapons, and what else

As soon as other nations get APC’s with 75mm cannons it should happen.
Well, so far I havent seen an upgunned APC beeing proposed with the same obsolete gun against tanks like the stummel. The stummel in BR 3 is borderline useless against the well armored allied options making it obsolete.
But so far every proposal on the allied side only included top tier penetating guns that would almost always be able to just lol pen every tank until BR 4.
So unless you want them to be BR 4 or above you will never have a similar counterpart to the stummel.
And since the stummel was also nerfed in its ability to sling HE you cant even make the case that asymetic balancing will take care of the performance gap.

I think USSR is too strong in a specific aspect, but a considerable number of people still think that USSR is weak

I will definitely say, Soviet advantage. So the argument of Imbalance is out the door. The game as is already has numerous issues relating to balance. Japan for example, lack of planes when it existed in the war.
The way I look at this is, if you can provide another APC for the other factions then yes. I’m not opposed to giving Germany and very much undervalued italy new equipment, in some cases they are still missing equipment and vehicles where additional side grades wouldn’t really matter unless you enjoyed using it and it wasn’t broken, look at SMGs for example they have a fair amount of those between Germany and the USSR but not as many elsewhere from factions within BR II alone. Side grades like these BR II SMGs have less impact when it’s already plentiful and is not a vehicle that’s deemed “unkillable” by infantry when they run out of AT options (losing all explosive packs and your AT soldiers/mines).
But…
To return to the original response, since it’s a vehicle and it’s paper thin that makes it a non OP option side grade level but still in need of something else. I prepose a new back to back event (I feel like 4 APC in a single event is to much for the devs) the next 2 monthly events offer APC for each faction. Order doesn’t matter, if the devs and the community have learned anything about manipulating what factions get more/less support at any point in terms of players and numbers it’s that they can make any faction want to be played at any given time. Just release a new weapon for example and they instantly have large amounts of players playing that faction. Just a thing to note if your not hoping to hurt a faction fighting them for potentially months or in japans case years.
This event pair would come with either a APC that the APC II squad can use from the TT, or with a 6 man squad like the premium squads. Some factions may have to go to 4-5 but are compensated in some way for the disadvantage often enough. Half way through and a few more milestone rewards later giving you the other APC is a good layout for a monthly event. As soon as one is done then a few days later they run the next one, and don’t make them fomo squads. They seem to be doubling down on that more recently.

If this bill passes, other countries could also request captured equipment, right?
A Kettenkraftrad would be a better idea since it technically was a PC…all the lend lease and captured items are problematic…the Kettenkraftrad is iconic, cool and not OP.
That’s more of an Biker squad vehicle then a APC. Plus every faction has a Universal Carrier, so why not give germany one?

Because they already have the event halftrack with howitzer. With this bike being a halftrack that could tow an HMG or flakgun…with a 3 man squad it would be cool and historically accurate.
Go back to your War Thunder. Enlisted doesn’t need the IS-3; otherwise, just use a Panzerfaust 250 tank grenade launcher to blow up your Stalin 3’s ammo rack. You’re such an annoying War Thunder player.
