Then, for what a hell i will want to select the own soldier to make a move marker if i am controling he?
the point is. if he is a sniper. and i want he STAY in the position i should select he in the K menu and place a move marker in the ground, under he,s feet.
so if i change to a asaulter or gunner the sniper will STAY THERE, and don,t move, so i can acess he in the cover position the time i want. just to cover my squad and be the eyes of my team.
whitout this command after i change the soldier for a more frontline type, and the sniper, gunner will not abadon he,s position and start follow my assaulter soldier. and destroy the cover tactic i suposed to do.
simple like that,
hope you guys understanted what i mean.

So just to clarify, you want be able to give a move position order to a soldier you are already controlling so that way if you switch to another soldier, it will follow that order instead of following you at your new soldier?
Am I correct so far?

yeah, complety corrent,
and sorry for my english.
No problem man, you still got your point across.
I have that issue too sometimes, and usually I just try and place a new mark directly under myself when I switch soldiers.
They should change it to where any individual order position does not reset even after you switch soldiers just so they can go back to where you originally ordered.
That way they’ll hold position unless you call your soldiers back or if you go too far. This would be really good for defenders especially.
it will be interesting has well, that every time you swith to a soldier the marker stay there.
i mean if you gave a move order to a soldier then you swith to he the marker is losed.
if place carefull my soldiers and they stay there i can make a defensive position alot more strategic.
so it,s a simple and EasyCoded sugestion.
cheers.
