So I was just thinking “Wouldn’t a Flame APC be neat? I wonder if any exist.” And lo and behold, they did! The Sd.Kfz 251/16 looks, and sounds to me, like a perfect APC to add in at BR III given its extra armament over the Sd.Kfz 251/1 that sits at BR II and that Flametroopers come in at BR III as well.
Personally I’d prefer we get Armored APCs in the tech tree but given the MG42 APC and the Cannon APC are premium, then as a premium wouldn’t be out of line.
For the squad composition, I say we look at the 6 man squad like such:
1/1 Driver
2/2 Flametrooper
1/1 Machine Gunner
1/2 AT Gunner
1/1 Radioman
If we were to use the other Sd.Kfz 251’s as a reference point. Although we are unsure what the alternate options for a tech tree layout would be… Maybe the MG could have a choice between that or a sniper?
Either way, I like fire and großer flammen, großer gute.
