i wouldn’t say it’s useless, more like it’s less useful plus sniper class itself is pure cancer bcuz people tend to camp more, i think scoped weapons plus bino should receive buff of some kind, like time of marks should be increased or something

It depends on the campaign, in pacific or tunisia because of the map sniper with scoped rifle can camp for great distance and be immune to any tipe of retalation, in berlin for example are usless as fuck outiside the bridge and seelow heights
Anyway a better something on the sniper class for make them more useful can be nice (outside make them a commando with assault rifle)
Scopes give more refined aim at longer distances or in cluttered areas where someone may be trying to peak a corner. I think they are fine.

Just as someone who plays from Australia (no servers near me at all), once I get sick of the ping difference in CQB it’s nice to be able to snipe using scoped rifles and just take a game to chill after constantly being “out-played” by people I’ve already put half a dozen smg shots into…
Yes there are issues when a whole team decides to ignore points, but that’s the risk you take when you play anything team based online.
To remove an entire play option just because you don’t find it worthwhile is a bit selfish because you are then dictating how other people have to play in a game that was clearly designed to give a playerbase many options.
Heck, even white phosphorus spam doesn’t make me want to see WP removed from the game, just limited.
