Are you looking for Custom Games?

Right now I just hope they add soul mechanics to such mode, and also increase the player count to 20v20 and place it on a large map.

Also, pewpewpew-sensitive players don’t need to pay attention to these soul scoresin normal spam mode, because you will have 999999

In the future if a lot of players are interested in this mods, it can go back to an option in basic matchmaking called “Realistic Battle” like War Thunder. (Edited for spelling mistakes)

Didn’t they mentioned that the custom match will expand on weapon restriction. Players can fine tune their experience in the custom match.

maybe instead of placating to the sensitive few, we should just ban them. Objectively better to ignore the few than to ignore the many

I think it’s pretty obvious what’s gonna happen if I’m reading this correctly, the only games that are gonna be populated are the ones where everybody can get whatever equipment they want, which is going to be in that the historical aspect of any other campaigns is going to be completely nonexistent, not that it was really historically accurate before basically every single campaign in the game currently has kit in it that should not be in it from a historical or standpoint.

yeah dont really want to see mkbs in tunisia :///

I think we’re going to see some seriously, ridiculous shit, the only thing I could maybe see them doing is putting some sort of date filter that would preclude certain weapons, depending on what year they entered service from being part of the campaign.

And I do mean entered service, for example, the Persians wouldn’t be available for anything that took place before 45.

But I’m a little gray on how they’re going to do things like the Pacific, if you have a US faction and you don’t have some sort of filter on what kind of tanks or plans they can use. The Japanese are gonna be completely stomped all the time.

Yeah, i hope it won’t be possible for the US to get their Jumbo’s and W76 or the P47 into the Pacific.

Harsh treatment, I know. But it’s better than implementing a forced harmonization mode

We need simply ignore them, with all the respect this is a game not an history book

The problem with putting a date filter on weapons and equipment is that players will likely try to equip things that never existed in the same time period. This means there would be illegal combinations that would be quite annoying.
